How does it work?
We arrive on your farm with our robots at the start of the harvest our technician set up and calibrate the robots for your orchard then remains nearby to monitor and maintain them during the harvest we also set you up with our web portal and app so that you can see what our machines are doing and receive updates on the fruit quality, quantity and harvest location.

Then, we use modern deep learning to find the fruit detect if it is right incorrectly sized and determine if it is able to be picked. If the robot is ever unsure simply alerts the local technician to instruct the robot what to do. These instructions are used to improve the software in the future so the machine actually gets better over time.

Lastly, we pick. The robot it self is about 4 m tall and about 1 m wide. It’s designed with adjustable arm length so can work in rows of 2 to 5 m with three diameters of up to 3 m through thinner trees work best. It uses electric motors to move it section piece to the fruit and gently sucks it off the tree with a vacuum. Each machine can replace one human picker and multiple machines can work together during the harvest.

The annular gap expander consists of a thick-walled mixing tube with replaceable liners and cantilevered shaft which is provided with proportioning, mixing and kneading elements.
The hydraulically adjustable cone at the outlet together with the outlet ring form the patented annular gap. By adjusting the cone during operation, pressure, kneading intensity, product heating and energy consumption can be controlled and programmed continuously and without delay.
The maximum pressure is about 40 bar; the operating temperatures at the expander outlet are between 90 and 140 °C. At the outlet, the pressure drops spontaneously, the product expands, and a part of the added water evaporates (flash evaporation). Post-drying is not required. The particle size of the expanded product can be determined by means of the downstream crushing device.
Interested parties and customers can test the annular gap expander with their own mixtures in our pilot plant in Reinbek/Hamburg.

Expander for compound feed and individual components

The structure of the animal feed is important for a successful animal nutrition. Our crushing roller mill is used to obtain a homogeneous and high quality feed structure. Its rollers break the feed into small and uniform particles so that a coarse granulate is produced instead of a mealy product.
The counter-rotating crushing rollers are provided with a "sharp to sharp" corrugation and have different speeds so that a cutting effect is obtained instead of a crushing effect. The speed of the rollers and the grinding gap can be adjusted during operation. Our crushing roller mill WSB is very appropriate for grain and other feed components.

Crushing Roller Mill for crushing natural food and feed mixtures

Particularly fine-particle or dusty products are often a challenge when it comes to storage. Both the porosity and the volume require special measures – also during transport. Our KAHL pellet mills help you to save operating, transport and above all storage costs. Products with different structures, bulk densities, binding strength and particle sizes are no problem for the flat die pellet mills. It is also irrelevant whether the products are powdery, fibrous, lumpy or pasty. The following products are mainly pelleted: Compound feed, raw materials and mineral mixes as well as by-products in flour and oil mills or malthouses. Also straw, wood, biomass and dried sludge (see sewage sludge).
The products are pressed through our flat die by pan grinder rollers, formed into endless strands, and then cut to the desired particle length by means of knives. The diameter of our pan grinder rollers is between 130 and 450 mm. The diameter of the die is 175 to 1500 mm, resulting in pellets of 0,4 to 40 mm in diameter. The drive motor has a power of 3 to 630 kW.

Our new Tindo Karra-330W PERC monocrystalline allows Tindo to fit more power into less space for a comparable price. 

The development and testing of this module has been in the making for some time now with the participation of the Australian National University in Canberra, Australia.

Tindo operates a state of the art 60MW capacity production line in Adelaide South Australia. Our line is fully automated with a focus on quality control and sophisticated engineering. 

All the materials used in the production of our Karra modules first undergo thorough testing to establish their suitability as a production material.
We subject glass, film and junction boxes to intense testing, individually and in combination with other materials and expose them to stress repeatedly.
We do everything a manufacturer can possibly do! Materials are tested mechanically, electrically, thermally and visually. This way, we can be certain that only the very best materials are used for our Karra solar modules

Why does the number of Busbars matter?
The higher number of busbars the shorter the distance between them, which in effect means lower internal resistance losses. The reduced distance between busbars also means the negative effect of any potential micro cracks in the cell is minimised.
Modules containing Multi busbar cells have increased long term reliability, increased all weather energy conversion efficiency and increased annual yield.
This means in real life conditions 5BB modules should perform better than the same output 3BB or 4BB modules.

That means a more price competitive and reliable module than other multi-wire modules and a better-looking module with less back sheet showing.

MC4-EVO 2 Staubli Connectors
We have also updated our traditional MC4 connectors on the Karra 330H module to MC4 EVO 2 Staubli connectors increasing the panels rating to 1500V making it ideal for both commercial and residential applications.
Suited for all climatic environments thanks to resistance to UV, ammonia, salt mist spray and high IP class (IP68).
